Smartphone app
Vehicle access control
ELOfleet ensures that only trained, authorized drivers can use your lift trucks. Drivers have to log into a smartphone on the truck, using their company RFID card. For organizations with data privacy concerns, anonymous PIN-based login is also an option. The system provides three authorization levels: normal drivers, managers and maintenance personnel.
Electronic safety checklists
To meet legal requirements (like OSHA regulations), ELOfleet requires a safety check before a driver can use a lift truck. You can customize your checklist questions and multiple-choice answers—using the ELOfleet app. And drivers complete their checklists through the app, too!
Impact management
ELOfleet records lift truck impacts with a state-of-the-art MEMS sensor, and categorizes them by severity. You can choose how you want the system to react to different types of impacts. For example, you can slow the vehicle down to “creep” speed, require a vehicle inspection checklist, or lock the vehicle out of service.

Intelligent electronics on the vehicle
ELOfleet’s on-vehicle electronics include motion, seat and impact sensors with Bluetooth® wireless communication. The in-cab smartphone taps dashboard power and uses built-in functions to communicate with driver, sensors and Wi-Fi/cellular network. So there’s no need to run wires all over the truck. And that means greater reliability and easier, faster installation.
Optimized for mixed fleets
ELOfleet is designed with mixed-brand material handling fleets in mind. It has standard interfaces for virtually every type of forklift, and data is normalized across makes and models. The system can either be installed on new vehicles at the OEM factory or retrofitted onsite on existing equipment.
